Interior design for renovations and new builds across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
JML Design is an interior design studio based between Brisbane and Gold Coast, working with clients across South East Queensland, Northern New South Wales and beyond. We also offer remote design services Australia-wide.
We specialise in full-service interior design, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting design, renovations, new builds, furnishings and styling, creating homes designed around the way you cook, gather, retreat and live.
We work with homeowners, builders and trade professionals to create spaces that feel personal, practical and beautifully resolved.
From concept to completion, our process is collaborative, considered, and detail-focused, helping you make confident design decisions and create a home that you love and supports the way you live every day.
Why work with us?
Why work with us?
From spatial planning and finishes to lighting, joinery, furnishings and styling, we look closely at the details that bring a home together. Nothing is considered in isolation, because the little decisions often make the biggest difference.
Welcome to our home, a true labour of love and a space where we cherish time spent together as a family and with friends.
Outdoor living was at the heart of our design, with large windows and doors bringing in natural light and creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. An earthy colour palette and warm timber accents create a cohesive, inviting atmosphere that makes our home feel like a true retreat.
We love the quiet, everyday moments, from curling up on the sofa to spending time by the pool. These moments may feel effortless, but they are shaped by thoughtful design decisions that support the way we live.
The true essence of a home is often found in the details. The right cushion, greenery, lighting, bath linen or styling piece can bring warmth, personality and a sense of completion to a space. That’s why we consider the finishing touches as part of the overall design, helping your home feel not only beautiful, but genuinely lived in and loved.
