Designing for Gold Coast homes
Gold Coast homes ask a lot of their interiors: indoor–outdoor living, coastal light, and finishes that hold up to sun, salt and humidity.
Townhouses and apartments bring their own considerations, from shared walls to Body Corporate approvals. Both were factors in our award-winning townhouse bathroom, where a shared firewall restricted plumbing and a window change needed Body Corporate approval.

A dated bathroom and separate WC in a two-storey Gold Coast townhouse became one calm, contemporary room with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, wall-hung toilet and timber vanity.
The project won the 2025 KBDi Queensland Small Bathrooms Award.

We provide the design direction, selections and documentation; your licensed builder and trades deliver the construction. We regularly work alongside builders, building designers, architects, suppliers and trades to keep the design intent clear.

Yes. The paid initial consultation is held in person where possible, or via Zoom if that suits your project better.
DO YOU WORK WITH MY OWN BUILDER?
Yes. We provide the design and documentation; your licensed builder delivers the construction.
DO YOU MANAGE THE RENOVATION?
No. We provide interior design, selections and documentation. Construction management, site supervision and trade scheduling are handled by your licensed builder.
