Depending on the scope, selections may include:

We consider how colour, materials and finishes work with the architecture, the site and natural light, so the home feels connected from the façade to the interior palette.
How we work with builders
Our role is to provide clear design direction, considered selections and documentation that supports your project team. This can include finishes, fixtures, fittings, lighting, joinery details, furniture selections and design intent.
We don’t manage construction or act as the builder. Site supervision and trade scheduling stay with you, and we keep the design side clear so fewer decisions come back to your team.
Kitchens, bathrooms and lighting
For builds that need more than selections, we also design kitchens, bathrooms and lighting, with documentation your cabinetmaker, electrician and trades can price and build from.

Yes. We regularly work alongside builders, building designers, architects, suppliers and trades to help bring the design vision together.
DO YOU COORDINATE TRADES OR MANAGE THE BUILD?
No. Construction management, site supervision, trade scheduling and building works stay with the builder. Our role is design direction, selections and documentation.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A SINGLE PROJECT?
Yes. We can support one build or set up an ongoing selections package. We agree the scope and fees before any work begins.
